The start of the /22 season was a pivotal moment to expand the VCT series' appeal with a distinct narrative for the Masters Series. Collaborating with Massive Assembly, I led the design of the opening title sequence for "Become the Nightmare." Despite a tight timeline, the campaign resonated deeply within the VCT community by embracing horror themes. It showcased our ability to innovate quickly in esports branding, refining typography and narrative tone to deliver a compelling viewer experience.
Working closely with Massive Assembly, we executed rapid iterations and focused creative decisions. From refining visuals to enhancing emotional impact, every aspect of "Become the Nightmare" was meticulously crafted to elevate the VCT brand narrative. This initiative not only reinforced our commitment to dynamic storytelling in esports but also set a new standard for engaging brand experiences in competitive gaming.
