League of Legends (LoL) Esports, the professional circuit for the popular MOBA, has grown into one of the most influential esports tournaments since its debut in 2011. Riot Games sought to enhance LoL Esports' branding by defining an animated signature for its online communication, incorporating elements that reflect the game’s identity.
Collaborating with Massive Assembly, I helped craft a dynamic visual narrative inspired by the game’s core elements—water, fire, wind, ice, and earth. These physical mediums were integrated into the new animated signature, engaging the esports community and strengthening the brand language for LoL Esports.

Between typography and substance
My plastic research was based on establishing a connection between the different typographic characters of the name and the physical elements used in the game.
These plastic investigations were an opportunity to explore the enhancement of each element in the geometrical forms of the main logo.
