I had the privilege of partnering with a confidential agency on an exciting pitch for the opening title sequence of the renowned French Ligue 1 soccer league. Drawing inspiration from the iconic French monuments that represent each team and its territory, I explored a dynamic visual approach. The project takes the form of a journey through monumental sculptures, architectural landmarks, local symbols, and animals closely tied to each team.
The design unfolds like a playful exploration through a grand playground dimension, where these sculptures reveal themselves in a conceptual space that evokes the Louvre. To bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, the sequence incorporates a technology-driven, esports/connected atmosphere through the use of neon lights and vibrant digital elements. Each frame becomes a fusion of cultural heritage and cutting-edge technology, capturing the spirit of the game in a new light.

I expanded my initial concept of expressive typography by placing special emphasis on the letters themselves and on the vocal expressions of the crowd.
DIGITAL EXPERIENCE

A digital campaign was presented to raise awareness for the season opener by creatively featuring each team’s logo and key visuals. This interactive experience serves as an extension of the initial opening sequence, bringing it to life across multiple screens.
